KPLU presented An Evening with (Fresh Air host) Terry Gross on June 5 at Seattle's Paramount Theatre. Ms. Gross played clips from interviews that went well and others that went very badly, then she answered questions from the audience. KPLU hosted a pre-show reception with Ms. Gross and some of KPLU's major donors. Check out the slideshow below.

As the host of Fresh Air, NPR’s weekday magazine of contemporary arts and issues (heard weeknights at 6:30 on KPLU), Terry Gross’s interviews are heard by five million people on nearly 500 public radio stations.  Her guests include artists, writers, actors, and musicians, such as Phillip Roth, James Brown, Joni Mitchell, Sonny Rollins, and Triumph the Insult Comic Dog.  Gross is known for her thoughtful, probing interview style.
