This morning people are waking up to rain, thick slush and closed or delayed schools.</p><p>A driver in Tukwila <a href="http://www.king5.com/news/local/Light-Rail-car-crash-snow-113327154.html">slid down a hill and onto the tracks </a>of Sound Transit's Central Link light rail. The car landed on its roof.
