Arts en Concerts canceled as Spokane symphony strikes SPOKANE, Wash. - Classical musicians in Spokane stood outside their theater this weekend, lifting picket signs instead of instruments.<p>Musicians with the Spokane Symphony are entering week two of a strike over pay cuts.
