At the time, it was the largest bond measure ever passed for a library levy, anywhere in the country.</p><p>Now, Seattle is going back to voters with <a href="http://your.kingcounty.gov/elections/contests/measureinfo.aspx?cid=45474&amp;eid=1252">Proposition 1</a> on the August ballot.
