City and King County leaders say that&rsquo;s the <a href="http://www.kingcounty.gov/exec/news/release/2011/April/14JailAgreement.aspx">expected result of a new agreement</a>.</p><p>The deal extends an arrangement the city and county struck last year to house some of Seattle&rsquo;s jail population in the county&rsquo;s downtown facility. The device exploded as state police bomb technician William Hakim tried to dismantle it, killing him and Woodburn police Capt. During a three-day crackdown, the FBI picked up more young prostitutes in this area than anyplace else. Agents also rescued 69 teenage prostitutes.
